Accessories includes things like a weapon, small animal or a larger object like a backpack. Smaller items like headphones/phones or simple hats/jewellery are not included in this.
Final price will vary based on overall complexity and level of rendering, which will be discussed prior to commencing commission.

IF YOU COMMISSION ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW

I. GENERAL INFORMATION
I work fairly slowly and prioritise my uni study/work as well as my mental and physical health. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me that it make take a couple of months for you to receive the finished artwork/artworks. If you would like your commission to remain private please let me know beforehand and I will adhere to this. No NFTs/blockchain or AI usage involving my commissions or artworks.

II. PAYMENT
Commissions will be paid in full upfront or half upfront, half after completion. All prices are AUD and payment is done via Paypal.

III. ALTERATIONS
Progress shots will be sent to the commissioner at regular intervals to allow for necessary alterations. However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Any large changes will come with an extra charge.

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself within any place or site.
The commissioner is allowed to;

• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
• Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

Copyright infringement in any way will result in every right you had to the drawing retracted. The following is considered Copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way.)
• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Altering the artwork without the artist's consent.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price. With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork. Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

V. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. If payment has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission. If there are any concerns, please message me. If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have made for you will be retracted.
